The Challenge
In the first week of December, we had just closed off our production schedule when we received a call from a regular customer. They had a project, the Alibaba fit-out, requiring over 320 square meters of perforated and blank ceiling tiles in Birch, polished with a 30% gloss finish, to be completed before Christmas. The initially specified supplier could not meet the deadline, and we were asked to step in.
The Solution
Despite having a full production schedule leading into the Christmas period, we recognized the importance of the request. We held a meeting with our production team to rearrange the schedule, ensuring we could accommodate this urgent project.
The Outcome
Through coordinated efforts and efficient production management, we successfully delivered the ceiling tiles within two weeks, completing the project in December. This timely completion allowed the client to proceed with their grand opening in January. The client, builder, and architects were all amazed at our ability to produce high-quality products within such a short timeframe, particularly given the busy holiday season.
