Acoustic Advantage Rewards Program

Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

Acoustic Advantage Rewards is a loyalty program offered by Acoustic Panels Australia Pty Ltd designed to reward architects, designers, consultants, builders, and contractors who specify and/or purchase Acoustic Panels Australia products.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to:

Architects
Interior designers
Acoustic consultants
Builders
Construction contractors

Participants must:

Be over 18 years of age
Be employed within the building or design industry
Register with Acoustic Panels Australia

Employees of Acoustic Panels Australia are not eligible.

3. Reward Structure

Participants earn rewards based on the value of Acoustic Panels Australia products supplied for eligible projects.

Reward rate:

0.5% of the total project supply value

Example:

4. Builder Rewards

Builders receive rewards based on the value of the Acoustic Panels Australia products they purchase.

Rewards are issued only after:

Invoices have been paid
Product supply is completed
The project is confirmed as delivered.

5. Reward Redemption

Points may be redeemed for:

Gift cards
Acoustic Panels Australia product credits
Promotional rewards

Gift cards will comply with Australian gift card legislation, including a minimum 3-year expiry period.

Rewards are not redeemable for cash.

6. Points Expiry

Points expire 24 months from the date of issue if not redeemed.

7. Verification

Acoustic Panels Australia reserves the right to verify:

project documentation
specification records
purchase orders
invoices

before issuing rewards.

8. Fraud or Misuse

Rewards will not be issued where:

projects are cancelled
Invoices remain unpaid
Specifications are not genuine
Fraudulent claims are made

Acoustic Panels Australia reserves the right to suspend or remove participants from the program.

9. Privacy

Participant data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Personal information collected may be used to:

administer the program
communicate with participants
Provide program updates.

10. Program Changes

Acoustic Panels Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.

Participants will be provided 30 days' notice of material changes.
