What's the typical lead time?
Standard lead time is 2–6 weeks depending on the product and quantity. Custom or printed panels may take longer.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Send us your project details — product, quantity, delivery location and any specifications — and we'll get a quote back to you within a few business days.
Can I visit your office for a consultation?
Yes. Both our Melbourne (Thomastown) and Perth (St Georges Terrace) offices welcome consultations by appointment. Email or call to book a time.
Do you provide samples before I order?
Yes. Order samples directly from any product page, or contact us if you need a larger sample for a presentation. Allow 1–2 weeks for shipping.
