What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfer for trade accounts. Payment terms vary by order — see your invoice or contact our team for details.

What is your return policy?

Custom or made-to-order acoustic panels are non-returnable. Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. See the full terms for details.

Can I cancel an order after I place it?

Yes — but only before manufacture begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

What's covered by warranty?

Our acoustic panels are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. See the full terms above for warranty period and exclusions.

Who pays for delivery?

Delivery is quoted separately based on destination, order size and access. We'll confirm delivery cost at the quote stage.
